Red Chilli

Chili powder (also powdered chili, chile powder or chilli powder) is the dried, pulverized fruit of one or more varieties of chili pepper, sometimes with the addition of other spices (when it may be known as chili powder blend). It is used as a spice to add pungency or piquancy and flavor to dishes. In American English the name is usually spelled "chili". In British English the spelling "chilli" (with two "l"s) is used consistently.
Chili powder is sometimes known by the specific type of chili pepper used (such as cayenne pepper). It is used in many different cuisines, including Tex-Mex, Indian, Chinese, and Korean.

Basically Red Chilli is used to give a spicy touch to food. We basically use chilies of Bhilwara, Dhamload for medium taste and Gantoor, Patma, Khammam, Tonk and Sawai Madhopur chilies for more spicy touch.

Coriander Powder

Coriander powder is derived from the seeds of the coriander plant. It adds a mild flavour and aroma to sweet and savory food preparations.

Most commonly, it is bought as whole dried seeds and ground as and when needed, but it can also be found as a readymade powder. To make coriander powder at home, roast it slightly without oil to enhance the aroma and then grind in an electric grinder or with a mortar and pestle.

Turmeric Powder

Turmeric powder is a bright yellow powder made by dry grinding of mature turmeric rhizomes (underground stems). The use of turmeric for coloring and flavoring food, for cosmetic purposes and for medicinal properties dates back to the ancient Vedic culture of India. Used in almost all Indian curries, this spice has almost no calories (1 tablespoon = 24 calories) and zero cholesterol. It is rich in dietary fiber, iron, potassium, magnesium and vitamin B6.

Garam Masala

Garam Masala is a blend of ground spices used extensively in Indian cuisine. The spices for garam masala are usually toasted to bring out more flavor and then ground. Garam masala is usually added to a dish near the end of cooking. Garam masala is readily available in shops, but some families also prefer to prepare it in bulk at home. Each region and each family has its own formula with varying combinations and proportions of spices according to personal preferences. Some of the common ingredients in garam masala are black and white peppercorns, cloves, bay leaves, long pepper (also known as pippali), black cumin (known as shah jeera), cumin seeds, cinnamon, black, brown and green cardamom, nutmeg, mace, star anise and coriander seeds.
